The TMU Southbound Policy Elite Program 2025 is open to international students from all over the world. Students who want to continue their studies in the exchange program are welcome to apply for the TMU policy elite program. Students with a bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university are eligible for this international exchange program. Applicants must have a strong background in biological science, Healthcare, data analysis, or laboratory work. The 2025 New Southbound Policy Elite Study Program at TMU includes different courses, including medicine-related courses, Laboratory training courses, and off-campus programs. It is mandatory for every participant to attend all courses and activities.
The TMU Southbound Policy Elite Program 2025 is a short-term exchange program offered by Taipei Medical University (TMU). It is an on-campus program, and the duration of this TMU Policy Elite Study Program is 5 months; it will take place from September 2025 to January 2026. This is a fully funded program for international students. The TMU exchange program will offer a full tuition fee and a stipend of NTD 8,000 monthly. Direct round-trip economy class airfare will also be covered. Moreover, students will participate in different extracurricular activities and immerse themselves in Taiwanese culture. It is an amazing opportunity to network with other fellows and strengthen international connections. During this Taiwan fellowship, participants will have access to the university’s resources.
