Eligible Nationalities

Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the MTCP Scholarship 2025, applicants must:

1. Be a citizen of an MTCP-eligible developing country
2. Be under 45 years of age at the time of application
3. Have a Second Class Upper Honours degree or CGPA ≥ 3.0
4. Provide proof of English proficiency:

a- IELTS score of 6.0+ or TOEFL iBT score of 60+, or

b- Degree where English was the medium of instruction

1. Be in excellent health, certified by a physician (form downloadable on official website)
