From July 3 to 13, the first edition of the Wellbeing Festival offered participants a unique opportunity to immerse themselves in a serene setting, guided by internationally renowned specialists.

Among the distinguished guests were Taryn Toomey, founder of The Class; Emily Fletcher, founder of Ziva Meditation; Jason Van Blerk and Aisha Rodrigue, co-founders of Human Garage; Janet Stone, an internationally renowned yoga teacher, wellness coach, and spiritual guide; Hanna Poikonen, neuroscientist and movement researcher; Jeff Lioon, a specialist in biohacking and orthomolecular analysis; and yoga teacher Hannah Rushforth.

“For eleven inspiring days, participants and experts came together to exchange practical insights on how the principles of longevity can be integrated into modern everyday life in simple and practical ways,” said Marina Efraimoglou.
