HIIA Future Leaders Program duration is three months that will take place from 15 September 2025 to 25 December 2025 in Budapest, Hungary. It is a paid program that offers various benefits. Candidates will receive a gross stipend, paid upon achieving specific milestones such as attending professional and educational seminars, producing research reports for HIIA and completing their personal research project. Similarly, the European Leadership program offers educational and professional training, including seminars on foreign policy, leadership development, public speaking and media skills. Fellows will also benefit from various opportunities to take part in professional discussions and build connections within Hungarian foreign policy circles.
