On April 5, 2025, something special happened — 40 enthusiastic Fintiba Ambassadors from all corners of Germany came together for a day packed with energy, ideas, and genuine connection. From Berlin to Munich, Hamburg to Leipzig, these students and young professionals showed up not just to attend an event — but to shape a movement.
What unfolded was more than just a meet-up. It was a celebration of everything Fintiba stands for: community, creativity, and empowerment.
Building a Stronger, More Empowered Ambassador Community
Fintiba’s Ambassador Programme has long been at the heart of our community-driven approach to supporting international students in Germany. This event was designed to reignite that community spirit, spark meaningful conversations, and strengthen the bond between Ambassadors and the Fintiba team.
From the moment Ambassadors arrived, the energy was palpable. After warm introductions by our host Lutho Kote, the day began with a fun ice-breaker led by Ali Naderi to set the tone for a day of meaningful interactions.
Personal Branding, Real Stories & Community Voice
The morning kicked off with a Personal Branding & Networking session, where Salil Choudhary explored the importance of building an authentic personal brand — a vital skill for Ambassadors who are actively engaging their communities. This session featured impressive branding examples created by Ambassadors themselves.
We also recognized excellence with our Event Challenge winners, highlighting standout content like the video by Ambassador Meti Chala, and celebrated the creativity and initiative within the community.
Fueling the Experience: Refreshments, Rewards & Recognition
The final sessions gave Ambassadors the floor. During the Feedback & Open Discussion, attendees candidly shared their thoughts, suggestions, and experiences — offering valuable insight into how Fintiba can continue improving services. Requests ranged from better product update communication to a greater sense of belonging within the brand.
