Eligibility Criteria:

  • A Master’s degree (240 ECTS credits) in:

  • Background or experience in manufacturing and industrial systems

  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Solid foundation in research methods (qualitative and quantitative)

  • Swedish language skills are a plus, but not mandatory (willingness to learn is encouraged)
