The Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) has launched its Not-for-Profit Scholarship 2025/26, providing an invaluable opportunity for emerging and aspiring leaders of small to medium-sized not-for-profit (NFP) organisations across Australia. Eligibility Criteria

- Be a current or aspiring director or leader in a small to medium not-for-profit organisation (annual revenue under $3 million)
- Not be disqualified from serving as a director
- Not have completed the AICD’s Foundations of Directorship, Company Directors Course, or Boardroom Mastery programs (over-qualified candidates are ineligible)
Both AICD members and non-members are eligible to apply.
