What is the AKFC Global Leadership Program?
The Global Leadership Program by Aga Khan Foundation Canada is a prestigious initiative that brings together a diverse cohort of Canadian leaders from across sectors. It offers participants the tools, knowledge, and international perspectives needed to understand complex global issues and lead with insight, ethics, and purpose.
Program Format:
- Online learning & virtual sessions
- In-person immersive seminar in Ottawa (Nov 2–6, 2025)
- Optional overseas experience (TBC – April 2026)
- Ongoing virtual engagement before and after the in-person session
Participants engage with thought leaders, collaborate on real-world challenges, and explore Canada’s role in global development.
