The Government of Morocco, in partnership with the Moroccan International Cooperation Agency (AMCI), is now offering 20 fully funded scholarships for Saint Lucian students to pursue undergraduate, Master’s, and PhD degrees at public universities and vocational institutions in Morocco for the 2025–2026 academic year.
These international scholarships are part of Morocco’s ongoing academic cooperation programme and aim to promote global education and intercultural exchange
Degree Level
Moroccan Scholarships 2025 (Fully Funded) is available to undertake Bachelor, Masters, PhD level programs at Morocco Universities.
Available Subjects
Following subject are available to study under this scholarship program.
Benefits
This Moroccan Government Scholarship provides:
- A monthly stipend of 1,750 Moroccan Dirhams (approximately USD 175)
- One one-way ticket at the beginning of studies and one return ticket at the end
- Health insurance coverage
- French language training for non-French-speaking students
- Housing assistance (an additional 500 MAD/month if university accommodation is unavailable)
Note: The stipend does not cover tuition fees, meals, local transport, or study materials. These expenses are the responsibility of the student.
Language of Instruction
- Most programmes are taught in French
- Students will be enrolled in French language training at the International Language Centre in Rabat
- Arabic Language and Literature and Islamic Studies are taught in Arabic
- Legal Sciences is taught in either Arabic or French
Eligible Nationalities
Open to applicants of Saint Lucia.
Eligibility Criteria
Undergraduate Students:
- Aged 19 to 23
- Completed a CAPE or Associate Degree in 2024 (or expected to graduate in 2025)
- Must have a strong academic record (Grades A or B)
Master’s Applicants:
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field with at least Second Class Honours
- Must indicate the chosen programme and university
PhD Applicants:
- Must hold a Master’s degree or equivalent
- Required to submit a research proposal and previous dissertation

All applicants must submit:
- Certified copies of CAPE/Associate Degree transcripts
- Birth certificate and national ID
- Copy of passport bio-data page
- Recent police record
- Medical certificate issued by a public health department

Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.
Accommodation and Campus Life
- Accommodation on campus is not guaranteed
- Students without university housing receive an additional 500 MAD/month
- Students may also apply to Cité Universitaire Internationale (CUI)
- Off-campus housing requires a formal lease for registration purposes
Health and Medical Coverage
- Students must subscribe to a health insurance policy through Finassure
- Benefits include:
- Reimbursement of medical expenses
- Access to public hospitals and AMCI medical services
- Emergency evacuation or repatriation if needed
