Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, and Manchester United are among the clubs who need a striker this summer, but which striker would suit which club?

The Sporting CP goal machine is of interest to many clubs in the Premier League, including Chelsea and Arsenal.
Despite playing under Ruben Amorim, it does not look like he’ll be in for a move to Old Trafford for a reunion with his former boss.
This could be for reasons such as Manchester United failing to qualify for the Champions League.
Gykores was in outstanding form in the Primeira Liga, scoring 39 goals in 33 games.
The Gunners and Blues are very keen on signing the Swedish predator.
According to Football365, the Gunners have offered Sporting a contract to sign the Swedish striker until 2030. The Gunners also have RB Leipzig’s Sesko on the Radar, however, the 26-year-old from Stockholm remains their number one target.
The Blues are also interested in Gyokeres; however, Eintracht Frankfurt’s Hugo Ektike is also on the club’s radar.
Which direction will they go in?
Given that Gyokeres is a physically powerful type of striker, you would suspect that he would suit Arsenal or Chelsea. They need to bring in more experience in forward areas.

The Slovakian is also on the radar of the North London club, and it looks as if Mikel Arteta and new sporting director Andrea Berta have their sights on bringing the Slovenian talisman.
Despite scoring just 13 goals for RB Leipzig in the Bundesliga 2024-25, Arsenal are confident that he could be the difference maker in terms of them winning silverware next season.
According to football.london, they are also interested in Sesko, who is ready to leave the German side.
“The club has given me a lot and continues to give me a lot every day. It’s a great club to develop at.” “I want to play for a club that suits me, that brings out the best in me. That’s the most important thing for me.”

Sesko is a physically imposing striker, so you would think that both Arsenal and Chelsea would be interested. They lacked firepower in forward positions this season.
Arsenal may be a better option, given that they have been in three title races, plus a Champions League semi final. Chelsea are known to spend big in the Transfer Window, so you wouldn’t put it against them to splash the cash on the 21-year old.
What decision will he make?
Liam Delap

Another striker on the move is the England U21 international from Ipswich Town. In a disappointing campaign for the Tractor Boys, Delap has been one of their bright spots.
Although he only scored 12 goals in 37 games, Ipswich Town had created just 46 big chances throughout the entire season. He missed 10 of those.
While Delap has all the attributes to be a top striker, he is still not the finished product yet, and therefore would not suit Arsenal, who are looking to win the Premier League.
Chelsea, Manchester United, and Newcastle United are also keen on purchasing him; however, as reports suggest, it appears the 22-year-old is seeking a move to Old Trafford.
Where will he end up playing next season?
Ollie Watkins

Another player who could be the England centre forward from Aston Villa. Unlike the other three strikers, Watkins is one of those who has plenty of experience in scoring goals in the Premier League.
According to Footballinsider, Villa are prepared to accept an offer from Arsenal and Liverpool for the 29-year-old to join in the summer.
Watkins has scored 17 goals and provided 14 assists in all competitions for the West Midlands side and would not be a bad option for any of the four clubs.
Given that it was always his dream to play for the Gunners, you wouldn’t be surprised if the board manage to pull off a deal to send him to the Emirates Stadium, particularly if Villa are willing to let him go.
According to Chelsea News, the Blues are also preparing a £60 million deal for the England striker to join them at Stamford Bridge.
Given that he is a boyhood fan of the Gunners, you wouldn’t think he would be willing to make a move to The Blues, due to the fierce rivalry between both clubs.
Where does his future lie? It remains to be seen.
So this is the latest news on Europe’s top strikers and where they could end up, should they choose the Premier League.
