Condé Nast Traveler Honors Two Greek Resorts on Europe’s 2025 ‘Hot List’

One&Only Kéa Island

Two Greek resorts have been named among the Best New Hotels in Europe on Condé Nast Traveler’s 2025 Hot List, underscoring Greece’s growing visibility in high-end European hospitality.

Now in its 29th edition, the list presents an annual collection of the world’s best new and reimagined hotels, restaurants, and cruise ships, independently selected by the magazine’s editors.

Gundari Resort on Folegandros and One&Only Kéa Island resort on Kea earned a spot among the top hospitality destinations in the region, offering luxurious stays, an authentic Cycladic lifestyle, and stunning views of the Aegean Sea.

Gundari Resort

As the first luxury boutique resort on Folegandros, Gundari was highlighted by editors as an authentic escape from the more popular Cycladic islands, praised for its “rugged, unspoiled landscapes and quiet villages.”

The resort offers 27 suites and villas, each with a private infinity pool, along with a swim-up bar and cuisine curated by renowned chef Lefteris Lazarou.

One&Only Kéa Island

One&Only Kéa Island impressed editors with its earthy design that combines privacy with a wide range of experiences. Guests can unwind in private villas, savor Mediterranean and Asian cuisine, and relax at the spa with bespoke treatments. Meanwhile, children can have fun at the dedicated kids’ club and sports center.

The Brach Madrid hotel, part of the Evok Collection, topped the list with its elegant, belvedere-style architecture showcased across 57 rooms and suites. The 2025 list includes standout hotels from across Europe, with notable winners in France, the UK, and Türkiye.
